Hello everyone, quick noobie question, do you guys recommend to start working of a larger firm with training and smaller cut or a small firm with almost no training and larger cut?

Take the training route for a short while, as long as you aren't being charged for it.  Be aware, however, that the way you are being trained is not always the only way to go.  When you feel more sure of yourself, move on to another office if you want to.  Go where you feel comfortable.  Remember, you have to work there.

Don't forget to ask what their monthly fees are, most larger firms charge you a monthly desk fee.
